Arctic Wind

To reduce shipping costs and ensure the safety of the canvas, all original artworks are shipped without the frame, rolled inside a tube with protective crystal glassine paper. This means that they will need to be stretched onto a frame, and this can be done in a framer or art store.

All orders will be packed and shipped within three days. All shipments require a signature and are tracked. You will receive an email with the tracking number as soon the order is shipped.

Most deliveries arrive within 2-8 business days.

 Shipping fees will be added to your order at checkout.

Returns

• We gladly accept returns within 10 days of receiving your order.

• To start a return, please contact us at ritabloomstudio@gmail.com within 3 consecutive days of delivery. We will provide instructions within 24 hours.

• The artwork must be shipped back in its original condition and packaging.

• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

• Please note that banks and credit card companies may require additional time to post the refund.
