Shipping
At Rita Bloom Studio, we take great care to ensure that your artwork arrives safely and on time. Each piece is carefully packaged to protect it during transit.
Processing Time

Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 3 business days after payment is received.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

If your package is marked “Delivered” on the tracking platform but is nowhere to be found, please first check your confirmation email to ensure that you provided the correct shipping address. If you believe the order to have been stolen, please provide evidence of the matter.

In both cases, we will work with the proper authorities, presenting the evidences you gathered, to attain accountability and consequent reimbursements. Please bear with us and remember that we have no control over the treatment of your package during transit; it’s just as upsetting for us to see potential damaged pieces as it is for you to receive them.

Orders usually arrive within 2–8 business days, depending on location.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes that may apply in their country. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for delays caused by customs.
Packaging & Care

To reduce shipping costs and ensure the safety of the canvas, all original artworks are shipped without the frame, rolled inside a tube with protective cristal glassine paper. This means that they will need to be stretched onto a frame, and this can be done in a framer or art store.

Returns and Refunds
At Rita Bloom Studio, our goal is for you to be completely delighted with your purchase. Each artwork is created with care, and we want you to feel confident when adding a piece to your collection.
Upon receiving an order, we ask that you always inspect the package, before opening it. If you see any damage that you suspect may have compromised the goods inside, make sure you photograph it prior to opening the package. If your artwork has arrived damaged, please provide adequate details and images.
Returns

We gladly accept returns within 3 days of receiving your order.

To start a return, please contact us at ritabloomstudio@gmail.com within 3 consecutive days of delivery. We will provide instructions within 24 hours.

The artwork must be shipped back in its original condition and packaging.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks and credit card companies may require additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges
The quickest way to get the piece you want is to return the original item and then place a new order for the desired artwork.
Custom & Commissioned Artwork
Custom orders and commissioned paintings are made especially for you. For this reason, they are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective. Wich in that case, return/refund policies (above) are in place.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As with standard returns, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
